    *20% surcharge for stays less then 2 weeks between December 24th to Jan 5th.
    *20% surcharge for stays less then 4 weeks between February 1st to February 28/29th.
    *The above rates are for double occupancy per room.
    *Add $15.00 for the third person and $10.00 for each additional person occupying the same rental unit.
    *A 25% deposit or one-day stay, whichever is greater, is required for all reservations.
    *All deposits are none refundable.
    *Once reserved, full payment is due in full at arrival unless cancellation is made 30 days prior to the arrival.
    *A minimum of three-week stay might be required for any reservations (Extra day: daily rates applies).
    *The above rates and Florida tax (13%) are subject to change without notice.
    *Daily rates: $5.00 additional Friday, Saturday and Holidays.
    *Absolutely no services between 10:00pm and 8:00am (unless a very serious emergency)
